
Spring Recipes to Kick Start Your Health
Spring has finally arrived! The days are getting longer, the air is getting fresher, and everyone is looking for ways to spring-clean their eating habits (with room for a cheeky treat here and there). Luckily our friends Carl and Hollie have shared some fantastic tips and recipes with us so we can all enjoy a healthy start to Spring using our fresh, top-quality produce.


Carl is a qualified chef based in the Sutherland Shire who has come up with three delicious ideas (two healthy and one dessert/cheat meal) on what to do with your favourite Spring fruit and vegetables from Produce to Plate. Think carrots, beets, asparagus, kale and even mangoes! Using her knowledge as a Personal Trainer, Hollie has been able to provide us with some awesome nutritional information on Carl’s recipes.
